Whatever niche your product is in, go where the more active marketers hang out in that niche. Begin building relationships in forums, blogs and other social sites too. However, the best thing you can do before approaching potential JV partners is to have a record of statistics, so start sending traffic to your sales page and track conversions. Marketers, at the very least, will want to know your sales conversion before even considering a JV.
