What is better for content management, wordpress or drupal?

Having only worked with Wordpress I obviously lean to it's recommendation. Easy to install, easy to tweak and with more plugins and widgets available than you could ever test. The community around Wordpress is also very marketer friendly with development. When bugs or security issues are found they are immediately fixed with updates too. Plus Wordpress is quite easy to use. I can't say regarding Drupal. I just don't see the community around Drupal like with Wordpress. Maybe since I work strictly with Wordpress I'm not seeing the Drupal community.

Like Steven said, Wordpress is the easiest to setup, has loads of plugins, and is without a doubt my recommendation for a Marketer just starting out. If you have more in depth knowledge about web design and coding, you might want to give Drupal a glance at least. It does provide you with more freedom than Wordpress does if you have the knowledge needed. But that freedom also means it takes more time to develop a site, and you might have to code some plugins yourself.

I believe wordpress is. I find it much easier to rank sites with wordpress. It is incredibly easy to use and all the plugins make it the most popular choice among marketers. Drupal and joomla are a little more difficult to get your head around but there are plenty of free videos on youtube to get you started.
